My Savior went to Calvary
Where He shed His blood for you and me
He was God’s only begotten Son
But they nailed Him cruelly to a tree

Jesus Christ, the precious Son of God, never
made a sound
People are blinded to the truth of God’s Word
If only they would look and see
God’s wonderful gift to all mankind
Given freely to all, to give you peace and set
your spirit free
Why not get on your knees right now
In this world torn with trouble and strife
Get right with God, repent, believe
Make Jesus the Lord of your life.
