Thank you so much for a beautiful website. On The Wings Of Prayer Just close your eyes and open your heart, And feel your worries and cares depart. Just yield yourself to the Father above, And let Him hold you secure in His love. For life on earth grows more involved, With endless problems that can't be solved. But God only asks us to do our best, Then He will take over and do the rest. So when you are tired, discouraged and blue, There is always one door that is open to you. And that is the door to the House of Prayer, And you'll find God waiting to meet you there. And the House of Prayer is no further away, Than the quiet spot where you kneel to pray. For the heart is a temple when God is there, As we place ourselves in His loving care. And He hears every prayer and answers each one, when we pray in His name, Thy will be done. The burdens that seemed too heavy to bear, Are lifted away on the wings of a prayer.

While looking at the statistics page for my web site this morning I noticed several visits from your Walk with God site. I hope the music you heard on Grace Street was a blessing. One of those "hits" came from a specific page, The Bent Tree, which I visited, read and was blessed by. The fact that a specific page showed up in the report is rare. the fact that it was just what I needed this morning is miraculous. God bless

I loved your Bent Tree story and the message it conveyed. A beautiful page with well chosen music, too. Thanks for sharing all this in such a lovely way.

Hello Dede, Thanks for your updates and I do have to say that the pages you sent really gave one cause to think deeply. I love the message that is given in “Life in a Dumpster” and sadly I have seen that very thing happen. It broke my heart to see what they discarded from the dear person’s life. Thank you for your pages, I do eventually come by to view but sometimes it takes a while to get the time. I pray that both you and Dick are both doing well. God bless. Eddie

Dede, the pages were funny, touching and it was such a joy to visit again. The Curtain Rods was really funny, but he deserved it.. lol Life In A Dumpster was sad, but so true in many cases. Never Judge Someone is another good one, and Stolen Moments so tender and touching.. Lovely pages.. and a great visit.. I do know the pain you have with spinal stenosis, as I also have it. Some days are nearly impossible, and others not as bad.. But, as my mom always said 'the Lord will not give us more than we can handle'. Sometimes it seems really close though.. Keeping you in prayer!!

Wonderfully written expressing feelings of many people, myself included. A person's life should never end up in a dumpster....what a waste!

Hello Dede (and Dick) That is a beautiful page (Long Slow Kisses) that you have on your site. Jimmy did a lovely job with it and I do like a touch of romance. It must have been both a sad and a great day when you were able to finally lay your precious step dad at rest with your mother. I know it would have been something special to go for that ride to the luncheon, maybe even enough to make you feel years younger, even if only for a short time. I pray all is well with you both and you are basking in your summer doing whatever you enjoy. God bless. Eddie
